Shipping

Orders ship from Azle, Texas. Checkout runs through Square — you'll receive Square's order confirmation by email when you pay.

Orders typically process and ship within 2–3 business days. Carrier transit times vary and are not guaranteed.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with updated information and available options.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. We currently ship within the United States. Tracking, when available, comes from the carrier or Square.

Order arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect? We'll make it right. Contact us promptly with your order information and photos of the product and packaging — see Returns & Refunds.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).
